The client is a leading online store for Semiconductors, Specialty Tapes, Specialty Chemicals, and other similar products; serving North American regions and European regions.

Need

The client required to develop a market place for the local Dutch market. Site visitors required help in understanding the local language, laws, customs and regulations. The web portal demanded ongoing maintenance and support services from INDUSA.

Solution

INDUSA developed a service portal for providing services to both buyers and service providers. We developed the website which included various pages including Home page, Registration page, Messages page, Profile page, Jobs page, Payments page, Workroom, Submit and Overview Proposals, Milestone, Feedback and Admin side features. We also made modifications under the functionalities of User manager, Membership manager, Credit manager, Configuration manager, EventLog manager and Blog manager.

‘My Jobs’ provides a list of projects for which service providers can bid for. This module also includes Awarded Jobs; Bid Jobs; Completed Jobs; and Search Jobs. ‘Payment’ module displays transaction history, milestones and other payment related details on the site. A Registration module and ‘Profile’ page allows users to register to the application and manage their profile. A Workroom module displays the activities of buyer/service provider and the ‘Submit Proposal’ module allows the service providers to post proposals while bidding for the project. An advanced Admin module and extensive report generating capabilities were provided.
