Having defined the business parameters and a pilot candidate, INDUSA will undertake the following critical activities under the pilot program. INDUSA will define the following major aspects of the technology:
A detailed study of the client’s existing IT environment will be taken into consideration along with a brief interview with the key roles within the IT organization about the applications needed. INDUSA will then develop and roll-out the pilot application. Second phase of the pilot program will be to measure the success of the pilot, as well as measure the business benefits.
Utilizing the metrics from the pilot program, and necessary policy and budget approvals, INDUSA will undertake additional mobile app development in partnership with the client’s IT development, support, and infrastructure teams.
With a formulation of a third-party governing body represented by executive stakeholders, INDUSA and the client will measure, monitor, and adjust the program as per collected data and prevailing business circumstances on a regular basis.
