Current India Openings
INDUSA's state of the art development center at Ahmedabad in India executes offshore projects for the overseas clients mainly from US and Europe. The development center is fully equipped with its infrastructure, hardware, software, people and processes to take upon the challenge of executing these large, complex and latest technology projects.
The state of the art infrastructure comprises high-powered multi processor servers based on Intel and RISC architectures, multiple operating systems such as Windows NT/ Windows 2000 Professional and Sun Solaris; high-speed all-switched network and Lucent certified structured cabling. Dedicated connectivity is attained through 128 kbps leased line as well as through digital ISDN. The development framework comprises of latest technology platforms like IBM WebSphere and BEA WebLogic.

Project Managers/Leaders (Java)
Experience: 5+ years
Job Profile:
The candidate would be responsible for:
- Planning, Estimation, Risk management, Tracking, Scheduling, Quality control, Communication management & Resource Management.
- Leading small to medium sized projects.
- Interacting with clients and top management on Project status on a regular basis.
PM/PL experience in Java technologies - in Core Java, J2EE, EJB, JSP, Servlets, Struts, is required. Experience on WebSphere, JSF, Swing, RMI, XML, Hibernate & Web Services would be an added advantage. Good Communication skills is a must; should be comfortable with Customer interaction, networking with other teams for project requirements and negotiating.
Software Engineer (Java)
Experience: 1+ years
Job Profile:
The candidate (B.E./B.Tech./MCA) would be responsible for:
- Developing J2EE applications based on clients requirement specifications
- Designing and developing portal applications and transforming design to modules/code.
- Preparing the technical design document creating prototypes
- Analyzing and identifying performance bottle-necks,
- Adhering to the client or project specific quality and documentation standards preparing test plans and test cases.
The candidate should be comfortable with client interaction and adhere to Customer quality standards. The candidate should be well-versed in doing server development using Java, in detailed Object Based design, development (including Design Patterns). Should have experience in J2EE Architecture as well as Database Design. The candidate should have knowledge of databases (SQL, stored procedures etc), UML, XML transformations, SOAP 1.1. Experience of working on ATG and WebSphere, Weblogic will be an added advantage.

- Status Reporting
Sound understanding of monitoring, logging, and eventing technologies in use across the .NET Enterprise servers (SQL Server, Exchange, AppCenter, BizTalk, Commerce, IIS, COM, MSMQ, MDAC, ISA, HIS, and MIS) is required. Strong fundamentals in .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, XML and very good development skills in .Net is a must.
Sales Manager
Experience: 5+ years

Business Analyst
Experience: 3+ years
Job Profile:
The candidate would be responsible for:

Business Development Executive
Experience: 1-3 years
Job Profile:
The candidate (MBA) would be responsible:
- Developing Marketing Collaterals, presentations, / position it through the different Marketing channels
- Lead generation, Business Research
- Providing support to the sales team in deal closure.
- Interacting with Sales and consolidate information.
- Providing sales support to the onsite sales team through proposals and estimates
- Preparing of Proposals/ Response to RFPs. Preparation of estimates. Preparation of Marketing Collaterals.
- Constantly analyzing position in market, competition and preparation of appropriate plans.
- Providing market intelligence on customer needs, competition tracking and benchmarking.
Excellent written and spoken communication, prior experience of working in marketing/sales for software firms is a must.
Business Support Executives
Experience: 1+ years
Job Profile:
The candidate will be involved in Business-to-Business calling to US based organizations and will introduce various IT related services to them. They will be required to generate leads, do follow ups, surveys and data collection etc. They will be part of the overall Business Development process.
Excellent communication skills with proficiency in operating Internet / Computers & Willingness to work in Shifts is required. Exposure of Software services sales; outbound calling-international or any Business Development experience is an added advantage.
Technical Recruiter
Experience: 1+ years
Job Profile:
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Searching for suitable candidates as per the specifications given by the Onsite team
- Conducting telephonic interviews.
- Summarizing the interview and forwarding the updated profiles to Onsite team.
- Coordinating their further interviews and taking care of their joining formalities
Hands on skills in international recruitment, using internet, & fluency in English are must. Good exposure of IT is desirable but not must. Internet savvy freshers with good communication skills and enthusiasm for achievement are also welcome. Willingness to work in night shift is a must.
