Ahmedabad, India – 07 September, 2017: Employee engagement plays a vital role in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent for organizations, and is crucial to a business' success. With an idea to promote employee engagement, Indusa organized a technology event titled ‘Indusa – Transforming Organizations Digitally: A Project Showcase’ on 4th September, 2017 at Ahmedabad Management Association (AMA), Ahmedabad.

The event provided employees with an opportunity to showcase some of Indusa’s prestigious and prominent projects over the years. Project teams were invited to exhibit what they had been working on, compete for cool prizes, and enjoy a little friendly competition.

The teams made brief presentations about the projects they were involved in; they discussed the challenges, results, experiences, on-going work, and learnings. The presentations covered a range of technologies such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (AX and CRM), Microsoft SharePoint, enterprise mobility, Internet of Things, application development and testing, and more.

In his address to employees, Nayan Yajnik, CTO Indusa, gave a brief account of Indusa’s history, and discussed the core values of the company. He told the developers to religiously seek simplicity and never turn away from the basics of programming such as OOPs and distributed computing.

Asking the employees to take pride in what they do, Govind Gupta, CEO Indusa, talked about the recent achievements of Indusa. This included Indusa’s fifth appearance on the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies, three-year sales growth of 154%, increase in Indusa’s service offerings, and more. He said “As we witness great success, there are key things we should focus on. This includes raising efficiency and productivity levels, building reusable IT solutions, delivering exceptional QA, providing highest level of customer communication, and galvanizing internal teams.”

Congratulating the winning team - Richa Shah, Surbhi Agarwal and Abhishek Tewary who presented very effectively and vigorously and stood ahead in all the three criterias decided by the judge panel: organization, content and presentation.

The event was extremely well received by the employees as they expressed great interest in exploring the valuable insights related to digital business disruption and ways to improve customer service.
