Kamlesh Shah - Group’s CEO & President

Kamlesh has over 37 years of rich experience in consulting, management and entrepreneurship. He founded Indusa in the US in 1989 and has steered it for the last 20 years through growth and success. He is responsible for overall strategy, executive management, finance, development and growth. Prior to founding Indusa, Kamlesh worked as a management consultant with one of India’s leading consultancy firm for 16 years. Kamlesh has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical and electrical engineering. In the year 1999, Kamlesh was a finalist for the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

Under his leadership, Indusa was ranked among Inc. 500 list for three years in a row as small, privately owned, fastest growing companies of America. Dun & Bradstreet and Entrepreneur Magazine ranked Indusa 4th among Top 10 minority companies of America. Deloitte & Touche ranked Indusa among FAST 50 technology companies of Chicago land.

Govind Gupta - Software Development Center's CEO

Govind Gupta, is an IIT Bombay graduate, who has over 37 years of experience in business and management consulting. As Chief Executive, he is mainly involved in design and development of information systems, business analysis, strategy development, monitoring and evaluating new technologies, overall project management and managing client relations.

Sanjay Narang - Assistant Vice-President

Sanjay Narang is responsible for sales and marketing management as well as strategy development in his capacity of Assistant Vice-President of Indusa. He works closely with clients to advise them on System Implementation Initiatives as well as with Indusa’s Delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of projects. His extensive experience in the Information Technology field includes Business Development, Engagement/Project Management and Software Development. Prior to joining Indusa, Sanjay was Director of Consulting for a Chicago based IT firm. During this period, he managed key accounts as well as consulted on projects utilizing Object Oriented and Client Server technologies. Before that, he worked as a Software Consultant for several years.

Nayan Yajnik - Chief Technical Officer

As Chief Technical Officer, at Indusa’s offshore center, Nayan has over 19 years’ of experience in the software industry in designing and managing software solutions. His role includes architecting solutions, project management and delivery management, besides handling all technology operations.
