Oakbrook Terrace, IL, June 2, 2010: INDUSA has recently taken a project to assist a prominent reproductive health care institution in Indiana with the implementation of MOSS 2007. The project includes SharePoint services for planning and design, deployment and configuration, customization, integration, training and support. The client serves more than hundred thousand people with comprehensive reproductive health care to their patients.
"INDUSA is excited to work with the pioneer of birth control movement in Indiana. INDUSA is set to perform requirement gathering phase onsite where it will list out the organization’s business requirements in different phases," says Nandita Nityanandam, Business Development Manager, INDUSA Technical Corp.
After that, INDUSA is expected to roll out the first phase which includes installation and configuration of SharePoint 2007, identification of the user groups, document management, defining the repository, content management and other processes. It would also include the definition of e-learning processes, and definition of design requirements.
The second phase will include understanding of business processes, team collaboration requirements, digitization of paper documents and entering them into SharePoint. The project management requirements will be defined along with integration requirements, workflow automation and more.
The third phase will include E-learning for new employee training, use of social networking and collaborative features, sharing of Excel workbooks as interactive reports and business intelligence (BI).
The technological requirements for the project are Microsoft Office SharePoint 2007; .NET Framework 3.5; MS SQL Server 2005 or 2008.
Nandita adds, "The installation and configuration settings of SharePoint will be done onsite with all required settings while the customization and automation phase will be done at INDUSA’s offshore center in India. The offshore team will initiate the customization and business logic coding of the functionalities required. Implementation and training phase will be carried out onsite where INDUSA provided training to their administrator user groups on all the functionalities."
